Where do you ship?

Orders ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Contact support within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns and exchanges receive a prepaid return label, with no restocking fee.

Which payments are accepted?

Checkout is in USD and supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is available before shipment. Contact support as soon as possible.
